I didn’t want to eat anything else today, but I was so hungry! I tried to ignore it, drank a bunch of water, but my tummy was still grumbling. I gave in and ate a healthy choice meal (200 cals) and a small slice of my mom’s homemade pizza, probably around 200 calories. Brings my intake up to 1,728 cals. Not too bad. Plus I got some veggies in.

These meals are so good, try the Garlic Herb Shrimp!

i eat a ton

i’m a photographer and i walk all damn day for work, 6, 7, 8, 9.5+ hours in a day so i snack a lot.

gotta change my bad snacks to good snacks.

Super mad I gained 25 back of the 50 pounds I lost over the past year. Time to restart.

Well this is shocking and embarrassing.
What happened July 2011 to today, in February of 2012.

I went camping, went to Florida, turned 21, went camping again, went back to school, worked two jobs, went to Chicago to visit my dream school, and ate anything I wanted every single day of it. I stopped tracking my food, stopped working out.

It was such a long struggle to get to 205, and so easy to gain it all back.

I still love myself, yada yada. But, I feel like crap.
